At Still + Strand, I use non-toxic color systems formulated to perform their best on clean hair. Please arrive with minimal product buildup or heavy oils to ensure optimal results.

A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for cancellations or reschedules. Appointments exceeding 3 hours require 48 hours notice.

Appointments changed outside of the required notice period will be subject to a $25 rescheduling fee. Same day cancellations and no-shows will be subject to a $50 fee prior to rebooking.
